Work Principle
Vacuum freeze drying is a method of preserving substances by first freezing water-containing substances into solids and then causing the water in the solids to sublimate into a gas, removing the water. In the compressed air drying process, freeze drying is done by lowering the temperature of the compressed air so that the water in the compressed air is analysed out. The working principle of freeze dryer is the same as that of refrigerator, compressed air is frozen through compressed air pipeline and then the temperature of compressed air drops to the required temperature to meet the requirements of drying.
